Under the guidance of Diale Mogashoa Attorneys (‘DM inc’), Wiseman Anderson, as a candidate and subsequently an attorney, was involved/ worked in the commercial and corporate as well as in the litigation department.

He has worked on various matters ranging from commercial and corporate advisory, third party litigation, labour disputes both in the CCMA and Labour Court, as well as performed company secretarial work for the City of Tshwane.

Thato Mmamadi commenced with his post-articles experience with Maponya Attorneys Incorporated (‘Maponya Inc’) where after accumulating a vast experience in working with State Owned Enterprises/Entities and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises as clients.

After leaving Maponya Inc Thato Mmamadi joined DM inc where he augmented his experience in complex and high-level litigation again on behalf of SOEs, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality and other various SMEs.

The experience gathered led him to play not only a role within the litigation department but also in an advisory role within the aforementioned clients.

Calvin Salane commenced with his post articles experiences with Pule Attorneys Incorporated (‘Pule Inc’).

He has right of appearance in the High Court, of which he has used on a number of occasions to appear himself before various judges in North Gauteng High Court.

During his years of practice, more so in respect of litigation Calvin Salane acquired the following experience: Personal injury - acting as legal advisor to the Road Accident Fund (‘RAF’) on settlement of claims lodged, which included coordinating monthly trial preparations, attending to judicial pre-trial meetings and consultations with clients, witnesses and counsel.
